When enterning Sonoma Mountain Village (SOMO) from Camino Colegio turn right at the stop sign, then take the first left into the 1300 parking lot. You can't miss us then as we are facing Camino Colegio.

I'm glad you liked the video. you shouldn't refer to your mother as "fat". This perspective does nothing to build empathy for people who suffer from weight management or obesity and instead reinforces existing stigmas and stereotypes. Encourage your mom to try "Park and Walk" but don't shatter her confidence or self-image by calling her "fat".

Well said Sensei. That's the one thing about health and fitness people forget: the message was given so that YOU can do something about YOUR health, not so you can go tell someone else what thye should do. My wife and I are overweight but I'm more motivated to lose it right now cuz I'm in school for Wellness & Fitness. But it's my job to love her and be there for her when she's ready to work it out. I started the Park & Walk weeks ago, and it's not as bad as one would think.
