Well I'm gunna go classic and say Jean. I guess in some ways, Scott and Jean define each other.
I liked the short term stuff with Taryn in Evolution. I never got why Cyke got with Colleen Wing. It seemed very out of character for him. Lee Forester is pretty cool. In no way is Madelyne heathly for the guy haha. Emma is good for him in some ways, but after the new turn of events in the Dark Reign comic, I'm interested to see if she stays with Norman Osborn, or if it was Cyke's plan all along.
