Every responsible adult, yes. Your brother and his friends somehow managing to almost die from smoking weed (lol) shows how IRresponsible they were.That's on them, not weed. Ok, Ok, even though I DO NOT believe that pot is totally harmless, especially for those pre-disposed to mental illnesses, or addiction, (not to pot, which I don't believe is addictive, except to addicts!) People with addictive personalities will become addicted to anything (chocolate cake) that makes them feel better and ease whatever pain they are in. Politically, I think it would be best to legalize and strictly monitor (and tax) ALL drugs! Just like alcohol. Brave Zach! Love him.
