Covering a Bob Dylan tune on my Taylor acoustic. Enjoy.

I borrowed the arrangement from Norah Jones--she performed a cover of this song live on WFUV a few years ago.

For the guitarists out there...

In my video, I am tuned down to E flat. I have a capo on fret #3. If you are in standard tuning (EADGBE), put a capo on the 2nd fret.

"Close your eyes..."
Chords: D, E, G, A, D

There's also a D7 thrown in before the next part....

"That mockingbird..."
Chords: G, D, E, G, A.

Cheers. Just have fun with it.

  • Awesome cover. What tuning are you using, and what fret is your capo on? (the video's a little unclear on my computer).

  • Good song, good cover -). By the way,I`ve noticed slow songs make people who play guitar rock from side to side :D Yes?

  • Right on! It's the country shuffle dance and it's the only way I can keep a decent rhythm ;)
