Kind of redundant after you get the opponent stunned if you look at the damage. The second part of the combo does only around 5% of their HP for that many hits. Still crazy long combo though.

Most likely it's to keep someone with a crazy as hell combo like that from killing someone else with it. Like a reason for most juggler types to stop juggling just so then the combo resets, but for hardcore jugglers it's even more reason to find the longest combo of juggling, to see if they CAN actually take someone out with a single juggling combo.
