@dreborn53 yes, you get it by completing peryite's daedric quest.
it has base defense higher than a daedric shield and it casts a ward that reflects most spells no problem.
And even if you get hit by a powerful spell it only breaks your block and staggers you for a second but you don't take any damage.
even powerful mages and dragon priests become fairly easy to defeat
