  • when you say the neck is not as thick, do you mean it's the Guitar Center 68 reissue version that you have ?

    Hello MHU,

The neck is rounded but not as big of a handful as the 50's type necks they put on those LP Studio axes. I checked the msrp tag in the case that the guy who bought it left there. Its a guitar center tag with msrp $4330.00. Im thinking he probably paid somewhere around $3,200 to $3500 hundred in 2002 but who knows.

I have weighed the guitar with a digital scale and it is 10 lbs 8.6 ounces or just above 10 1/2 pounds. Very heavy.

    Take it easy

    Steve

  • nice axe!!!

  • the one with the maple quilt top in natural is also gorgeous

  • yes, over the burst.... in fact, my ideal lp would be that custom, maybe with a paf in the bridge and nickel p94 in neck... or 2 p94´s... no gold hw. everything else is perfect

  • if i could choose a vos... a lp in general would be the custom 68.... is the most beautiful lp ever made

  • that is such a beautiful fucking guitar!
