  • My great aunt would pop popcorn for us so that we would watch Creature Feature while the adults had their card game in peace. Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein and Frankenstein and the Wolf Man were my favorites.

  • And today we have "Saw VI." Anyway, tonight on Svengoolie: "Earth vs. the Flying Saucers."

see all

  • I watched The Mummy on creature feature in 1970 when I was 6. That Mummy hand dropped at the beginning and I ran away, terrified, little did I know, that was about all you saw of that Mummy for most of the movie.

  • In Chicago it was WGN...Friday nights...as I remember WHEN MOVIES WERE MOVIES was Sunday nights...Sunday afternoons were for CHARLIE CHAN and SHELOCK HOLMES ...oh boy...it was all fun!!...the rest of the week was filled with Garfield Goose...Ray Rayner...ah the 60's & 70's...

  • i used to wath creature feature with my mom on fri and sat nghts in chicago i wish they would bring it back

  • @sorankin I know right. That song puts me back home in Chicago!!

  • Did it come on Friday or Saturday night? I watched all the movies,Frankenstien,Wolfman, Dracula, Mummy all of them!!!

  • What poor soul disliked this video? Did Creature Features give you such nightmares as a kid that you can't cope with seeing it again as an adult?

  • Oh my goodness, my brother and I - Chicago, Friday nights, 10:30 Creature Features. Popping the popcorn, getting our drinks ready and then rush to use the bathroom, once this music started we were glued with our eyes wide open. As someone said, the 70's was the best - let's go back shall we?

  • @djstorm40 Yes, it was Henry Mancini it was called experiment in terror.

  • As the saying goes, you don't know what you've got till it's gone.

  • I remember watching creature features EVERY Saturday night on WGN. I couldn't even listen to the intro song, it scarred the crap outta me. LOL! Thanks for the memories!
