What!! were it not for christianity and people who believed in the bible THERE WOULDN"T BE A UNITED STATES!!! This country was (originally) founded upon christian ideas! Freedom of speech derived from liberty! Liberty, according to the founding fathers, came from the bible! Go read the preamble ( i believe ) of the constitution! Your idea that the bible is foolish is complete bull crap! You disagree with the bible because the bible disagrees with your lifestyle, PERIOD!

No. The founding fathers (although they were slave holding monsters ) Did believe in the bible for the most part. This is common knowledge! Christianity is the religion of this nation! The Ten Commandments HANG in the tundra of the United States Supreme Court. We swear on the bible in the courts system. The united States Senate has prayer before every session! Now i know that you'er a FOOL! ALL industrialized nations STILL use different forms of punishment that you and your brain-less followers would call "cruel & usuall punishment"...IT HASN"T GONE ANYWHERE! The United States still uses the Death penalty!!!!!, for example----The Electric Chair. 10,000 volts of electricity blows through your body untill your head explodes or your eyes pop out!
