theese scientists that do things like this dont believe in god or a higher power or even purpose in life... they dont have any concept of humanity or a disposition to whether or not it continues... look at the scientists who were in the manhattan project, they admitted they thought it could destroy all life on earth and did it anyways... look at the LHC, they are admittedly trying to re-create the big bang... they dont care about life only about going down in history. This can be used for good, but the downside is that the wrong people could use this technology for very scary purposes. I LOVE THE IDEA THAT IT COULD HELP CLEAN UP THIS DISASTROUS OIL SPILL! We must keep an open mind, but be cautious and ethical with this kind of technology.
