Nice, I got this by ear too and got my own version, I see you have some differences to the original, but most is well done. At the beginning you should play Orchestra Hits with left hand but that's quite difficult but that's how it is in original version. Choir version at ~1:50 is little different (the 2nd part of it especially, first was nearly OK) , and at the strings part starting at about 2nd minute is very difficult, but you have some bad chords there. (i.e. play D Fis H instead of D Fis A)
