See http://poets2.com/channel page for poetry audios and podcasts from Poets2 Radio. "The Thanksgivings" is an Iroquois Prayer translated in the early 1900's by Harriet Converse, and read here by F.A. Moore (aka. Fran Corpier). Music is "Grandfather Wisdom" by David Newby, from his album "Season of Awakening", used by permission. Just to let you know that Ga-ne-o-dio is not correct in its spelling. (Ganyodaiyo) Ga-nyo-dai-yo is the correct form. Sounds like Ga nyo die yoe in English. Morgan's writing aren't very good. Otherwise, a nice video.

  • Awesome frannie - your voice definitely adds to this! :o)

  • There are some much longer versions of the Ohenton Kariwatehkwen which are worth reading/hearing.

  • Thank you so much, Lora!

  • Awesome!

  • Beautiful!

Fran, you give me the wish to start to edit videos again.

  • Thank you Merlin. :) Colette discovered the poem and suggested I read it. They are inspiring words. David's enchanting music brings it all together, I think.
