Jaycar LED Clock Kit

This clock is hypnotic! It consists of a AVR driven clock circuit which drives an 8 segment 12 or 24H display. The segments are 48mm high and consists of 3mm high brightness - but diffuse - LEDs. Nothing special so far? Wait! Around the perimiter of the 188mm diameter circuit board are 3mm high brightness LEDs on a 60 second circle (every 5 seconds is a 5mm LED). When the clock is running the "seconds" are kept by a chase LED running anti-clockwise from 12 noon back to the relevant "seconds" position.
