For me it's what's in the guys heart. Anyone with half a brain can see on his show that he and Beth really care for those they must arrest. Sure it gets a little crazy from time to time, but in everyones life, a little rain must fall. Give the Chapmans a break, I'm quite sure they would give you one.

I like this family very, very much ! Should be more of such peolpe on this planet ! They are wonderful ! I am trying to miss no episode - and I do like his elder son - he is grown up and friendly. And dog´s wife is sooo cool ! Super role model for us woman !(she is someone - definitively not boring). And Dog is sort of a nice Daddy - I would be tickled pink if I had the hell of a strong daddy like him ! Not to forget the rest family members - very nice people !

Even men/women of god mess up sometimes. Not excusing what he said, he was wrong, yet I believe he's genuinly sorry. This guy has a heart of gold, and has pulled himself up from his bootstraps to get where he is, that alone is commendable. Yrs and yrs of good honest hard work shouldn't be trashed over one single mistake. He's a rough diamond, but a man of god nevertheless and deserves forgiveness. Respect.
