This one is nigh impossible. Only the experts should attempt this, but if you think you can do it, go ahead and try.

Battlefield Restrictions:
- If playing Falzar, go to 080B374B and change 38 to 33. If playing Gregar, go to 080B4FBB and change 38 to 33.
- You may NOT change the battlefield in any way at any time in the battle with any move, chip, or attack, except when WaterDragon attacks.
Battle Restrictions:
- No Allies.
- Your first and last hit must be a counter.
- You may NOT stick with the same chips for more than two turns.
- Must NOT lose more than 800 HP.
- No TomahawkCross, ElecCross, TenguCross, EraseCross, or SpoutCross.
- If you BeastOut or CrossBeast, you must win before you run out of BeastOut/CrossBeast turns.
- Must delete at LEAST three out of the four enemies, and out of the three, none must be DivemanRV. You cannot delete WaterDragon until at LEAST one enemy is gone.
- Must not get hit more than FIVE times.
Chip Restrictions:
- No recovery chips unless you don't use them for anything else but wasting folder space.
- The only allowed PA's are LifeSword, FlameHook1-3, and LdrsRaid.
- No Time-Freeze chips except Giga Chips(no HubBatch), Invis, and the components of the listed PA's.
- No Removed Chips(PuzzleArm, NeedleArm, PunchArm, Z-Saver, DblBeast, Falzar, Gregar, Django1-3, HackJackV1-SP, Dark Chips, PA chips).

.................WOW. Dude, the dragon is involved in the freeze the missle thing, but what does it have to do with WAR?! What does it resemble, because I'm certain there aren't any dragons in REAL wars.

It's just there to do double damage when the missiles freeze Megaman on the ice panels the dragon makes.

ooo nice i c its a tuff challege then but i was say colonels are in war dark mech are machines in war divman is a submarine but wtf is the dragon in ww1 or ww2??

it allows diveman's missiles to freeze you. then the dragon hits you for breaking damage.

to make ice for the missiles to freeze you. then the dragon itself breaks you out of the ice for double damage.
