@sonderkommando77 - The strange and flip side part of your question would be that IF this was a true "REPUBLIC" then this man and anyone else would be able to arrest Obama for his crimes (TREASON) based on the Constitution.  You see, Obama and the other life long career politicians in this country are crooks! They are leeches. They do not represent the PEOPLE. They represent "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC."
