It is 'ooh la kah koh' which Sophie said meant wash you feet before going to bed in some African language but eventually admitted it meant absolutely nothing. So now I just sing who loves tacos.

It's too bad that You Tube is not allowed to show the official, original, 1995 video... the video of the year, imo. It showed fall scenes in (Central Park, perhaps), brownstones in NYC. Wonderfully done video for a beautiful, mellow, relaxing song.
