Scotland's Burning

These children have been playing these instruments less than a year and you can see how well they play already! It was impressive to see them divide into separate parts in order to play this cannon.
This video was taken at the WACO Spring All-Orchestra Concert, April 29, 2008, which is given near the end of each school year. The audience is able to observe the changes and improvements as they first watch the Beginner Orchestra (fourth graders) followed by the 5th and 6th grade Orchestra, then the Junior/Senior High Orchestra. The program is concluded with music in which the WACO 5th-12th grade Orchestra performs together under the conductorship of Denise Freyenberger.
Mrs. Langr played the piano accompaniment for the elementary orchestras and Abbey Roth played the accompaniment for the Junior/Senior High Orchestra.
