  • Did u say high fat..for fat loss? Def wanna here more, primal blueprint, I'll hav to look that up.

  • @souljagurlsha yep, i was surprised. he says that low fat diets require us to eat excessive carbs to reach our daily energy requirements and that grass-fed meat is the way to go. pretty interesting stuff.

    It's pretty simple, just stick with:

    Beef, pork, chicken, seafood, nuts/seeds, healthy oils (not vege or synthetic oils), green vege's, dairy (heavy cream, butter, full-fat yogurt) and fruit (in moderation), water, tea, coffee.

    All whole foods prepared at home.

  • Don't fear fat!

    I absolutely guarantee you that if you keep your carbs at less than 50g/day, from leafy green vege's, and dairy and fruit in moderation, that you'll feel more satisfied and drop more FAT than ever before.

    The HARD science supports the FACT that the insulin spike/accumulation caused by the intake of carbs is the mechanism by which we (people who tend to be overweight) store fat, feel sluggish, and die from x, y, and z diseases.

    I dare you to stick with it, 100%, for 3 months.
