Doesn't she still have lumps on day 21?

yes she does. this is pretty uncommon. i have seen it even at 4 weeks but usually that is pretty rare. i'm glad i am showing this though as an example that it can last a while.

what is that little scar on her left lower cheek is that related to face lift?
ZMichay 2 years ago
that is not a scar but a little tethering of the skin from a suture. i rarely see it last 3 to 4 weeks but it is a good example that it can. typically i see the bunching for about 2 weeks. thanks for the question.

The demarcation line at the jawline always looks so strange. Why can't the resurfacing be continued down the neck further? It's good to see the honest lumpiness post-op. This helps future patients see what they will go through during recovery. The lumps are from the fat transfer, right? Is this a result of inflammation?

she did not have any resurfacing btw. demarcations following resurfacing are really evident with co2 laser, which i do not do. neck skin does not heal like face skin so you can't aggressively resurface the neck.
