@kalelo000 and it is illegal in all of the western countries for the Mosques to make the Athan "calling for prayers through microphones". Even in many many western countries, it is illegal to call the Islamic prayer places as "Mosque". The call it as an Islamic CULTURAL center, which means that it is a cultural center and not religious in principle. So, Westerns are no better than Saudis. churches are allowed to ring bells in the rest of the Arabic countries to call for the Christian prayer.

@anaswardeh I have to disagree with you on that. Im a Muslim living in the netherlands and here the athan is allowed, but only on fryday, so you are right to say it is not allowed 5 times a day. But once a week it is allowed.
