This is mi favorite scene, it´s a shame it´s not the full one were Jim goes: "What could be better than this? Tucked up here with you. If I died right now it would be OK"
George: "Well, it wouldnʼt be OK with me so shut up and go change the record."

I read both books and Matthew's English is British, I don't think he has american accent! but He looks so freaking cute :-)

Perhaps (and yeah, I think it would have been better with more of George and Jim. Though perhaps even more heartbreaking). Tbh they should just make more films like this rather than idiotic rom coms.

The scenes in this movies with Colin Firth and Matthew Goode are so touching. There are only a few of them, but the actors are very convincing in creating a sense of their happy relationship.

Matthe Goode does, to my ear, the best American accent on film in...literally history. I've heard him do it in several films now (it is also stunning in The Lookout). He never slips, at all. I've met him on two occasions and he is an incredibly cool guy.
