I always work around this recipe when I have the beef and noodle thing goiing on. Split the broth with a bit of red wine? Add some hot peppers for zip? Heavy cream instead of the sour? Variable pasta? Enjoy the feedback from folks+/-. thank you! Have a great day! KtC

episode 9. Just cornstarch and water. Easier at times than whisking in clumpy flour. KtC
