It seems to be happen with a lot of shows really from what I remember, their 10th season is never actually their 10th year but is celebrated as such

@velocityeleven i see your point but as kaye2k3 says, i think they celebrated the 10th big brother not 10th birthday, they just didn't word it right.

yes the first was in 2000, but in 2000 it's not "1 year old" is it? its only just started, when you get to the 2nd series, then it's 1 year old

I think they celebrated its tenth year on the air. Usually shows celebrate ten years on their tenth season, while the show has only been on for nine. Like with Wheel of Fortune in the US; it celebrated 25 years for the 07-08 season, but it didn't actually turn 25 until the 08-09 season.

anthonys a nice lad , met him a few times , we have a laugh , its all in context , we get on well ,i do find it funny how well groomed he is, its kind of endearing tho when mixed with his personality. not rippin the piss , just avin a laugh
