One point: the People of the states DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE CONSTITUTION, and thus the Constitution cannot have surrendered any state's sovereignty.

Why doesn't Texas just have a vote on whether to leave. The constitution is not a suicide pact. Just vote on it and cut ties with the US.
