Mango Rose Lassi
For 4 large lassis
1 c. plain yogurt
pulp of 3 medium or 2 large mangoes, ripe and deep orange
about 8-10 ice cubes
2 splashes rosewater
1-2 full stoppers of stevia to taste, or sugar, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Have ready your glasses. Taste for the amount of sweetness and rosiness, and then serve immediately. The lassi can keep in the fridge for a day or so, but may need to be blended again.
