@KHII True that he never announced a game before. Bryant Gumbel was a pregame host for NBC's NFL coverage during the late 1970s and early 1980s (prior to the TODAY gig).

It's Gumbel you jackass. He has been announcing for 30 years. He will be announcing for another 30 more. I don't blame him for not remembering Romo's first name. It's not like Romo has ever done anything to warrant anyone remembering him
