Peter Hook just never stops. To keep up with his DJing dates, book and label launches, live gigs, speaking tours and record releases is a full time job in itself.

Hooky's currently on the case with a digital label re-launch, an EP and a couple of live dates.

Firstly, there's the re-vamp of FAC 51 The Hacienda label Hacienda Records at www.fac51thehacienda.com ready for the release of The Light's EP on May 9th.

The EP is called 1102/2011 after the date it was recorded at Salford's Blueprint Studio, and features four tracks including Pictures In My Mind, an unfinished Joy Division song that's been completed and re-recorded following the discovery of an old rehearsal tape nicked in 1977. The vocals are by Hooky himself, while ex Happy Mondays diva, Rowetta, sings the other three Joy Division tracks, Insight, New Dawn Fades and Atmosphere, following her live guest appearance with The Light on tour.
