This is very speculative. You can never carbon date a ruin. Only ORGANIC MATERIAL can be carbon dated. So you date bones, claypots, or paint that you find in the ruins. But that can never prove when they were built. This is a completely false assumption. It shows when the place was last inhabited, and nothing more. Have you ever moved? If i came to your old house and carbon dated some stuff i found with this "logic", your house wouldn't be older than it's latest coat of paint, or your last meal.

looks like a wonderful doc. can't do it. Res is awful. i'll search elsewhere. why force oneself to sit thru pixels as big as my thumb, when.........there'll be better on down the line. ugh. sorry........

It would seem that carbon dating would only give a reading about materials of Earth and wood , but since the ancient ones (in their own time) built things out of ancient materials , carbon dating would only detect materials but not the age of the culture which used ancient rock to build their pyramids , would they ?
