@Jononutoob Add to that list Leroy Kelly, Jim Taylor and Ronnie Bull. Remember, Jim Brown got his yardage in nine yrs., Gale Sayers was in the HOF after six yrs of playing, his offensive line couldn't keep up w him. Look at the videos, I still get goose bumps watching Sayers run. Yes, I know, Payton got his yards the hard way, without an offensive line. You only know the current poplar athlete w/o knowing the older gladiators. I did not mean to forget Barry Sanders, sorry.
