Plan and Nokia, a world leader in mobile communications, have been in partnership since 2006 to empower and develop youth in 14 countries in Africa and other countries in the world.
The partnership is supporting children, youth and communities to use a variety of media, such as radio, music videos, the internet, mobile communication devices and television to promote child rights, build life skills and empower youth. Nokia also supports two child line projects that offer free telephone helplines and services to children and youth who are the victims of violence or abuse.
