Man, Martha Jones always has to clean up after the Doctor's messes in season three, whether he's pretending to be human in a poorly-thought-out scheme or getting a job in a shop when they're stuck in the *gag* 60s.
Still, outer space rhino police. Can't beat that. Sadly no Judoon appear in this video, but my one question is this: Are they African or Asiatic rhinoceri, and which kind has two horns and which only one? I guess they're neither, because they're outer space-rhinos. Oh well.
According to commentaries and the overpriced DVD box set, it's pronounced similarly to "AH-jya-man". But I think I've heard it with the hard G elsewhere...
Anyways, be careful you don't turn into John Simm. It was in such bad taste to have THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA, CIGAR IN MOUTH on Doctor Who. What's next, George Washington is secretly a Time Lord? William Howard Taft is a Slitheen? Abraham Lincoln drives a railroad spike into some Daleks? It's so absurdly silly that it becomes funny in a way that could never possibly be what the writers intended. Apparently in the Whoniverse, there are exactly two countries: BRITANNIA and the United States. It couldn't be the Canadian or Japanese Prime Minister. It's got to be Presibent ALEX WINTER from Bill and Ted's Excellent Journey. Which, frankly, was Keanu Reeves's's only decent role. He and Nicholas Cage are so often miscast it's not even funny anymore.
OOH. And I just wanted to put in a plug for the fifth Master there, the one before John Simm. I ought to look up who plays him, but it's late and I'm sleepy. But he was in some Dickens movie, Little Dorrit or something. That whole Oscar Wilde period is the driest in all history, but the movie ends with an AWESOME, awesome chase scene. Watch it and you'll see what I mean; it's a real treat.
