Wicca's True and False History, and Future

The God and Goddess are a new concept, but encompass something that has always been there. Where is the shame in that?

I care about how old it is because if the religion is not as old as the world than the religion does not explain the world and how it was created and what not.

@XfuckedupfairytailX no religion is as old as the world. The first beings here had no religion. All of them were developed over time. If you believe in evolution, our lesser evolved ancestors were busy surviving and didn't have what it took mentally for a long time to create the idea of deity. Eventually they started seeing important things (water, the Sun, etc) and decided to worship them, and later made deities for things like love and war. They didn't know how thew world started either-

@XfuckedupfairytailX - and so made stories for the deities. Our story is pretty much that a union of the God and Goddess created our universe (think of people coming together to make babies). I looked at old Taino beliefs once, and they thought we all came from some big sky turtle or something. That's older than Wicca, but does that make it more valid? I guess I'm just saying the age really doesn't make a difference. It's all a search for what God is, how we got here, and what we're here for.

Wiccas ARE weak!! People who play and toy with the devil! some wiccas tell you they don't worship satan, others pretend to be mysterious! Wiccans pretend they are not witches, they hate the word witch! Like satan (the father of all lies) they lie about things like these. That is why hell will always be full of liars!Liars are cowards! So typical, yet needed for the evolution of the human species. There is no order with out chaos and no chaos without order. That is the truth boiled down to the pulp.

Every organization/religion has started out with either positive truthful beginnings or negative/deceitful ones.......Often times they morph into the something new or even opposite from where they started. That's extremely common. I really hope Wicca makes a turn for the better. But there will always be negative obstacles in the way and eventually there will be huge Break-ups/divisions within covens/churches (Im sure there already are) and those people will start their own new ones..blah blah

I'm so glad there's Tiffany in our world for being a level headed and rational person! More people need to use Critical Thinking techniques. I'm sick of us humans never learning from our mistakes. Learn about history, learn about current events and learn about human psychology and Ego. Then connect the dots.

If you, Christians want to convert people, how about do your homework, and actually LEARN and UNDERSTAND the things you are criticizing. We do not hate the word witch.
