Yes the Black Lantern has been introduced, but not he Indigo.

I felt the last few GL issues suffered because they are trying to cover far too much mythos building before blackest night, which editorial made into the next big DCU book, and not just a GL book.

the whole "agent orange" thing is starting to feel a little dragged out, but other than that GL is fantastic as usual.
