Early Autumn Road Trip in Finland, 2011-10-02 / Syksyinen automatka

JOUTSENIA! Lähdin aamulla aikaisin ajamaan Helsingistä pohjoiseen, kesämökille. Klipsissä vähän tunnelmapaloja matkalta: paksusti sumua alavalla tienkohdalla (oli pakko keskeyttää kuvaaminen kun sumu kävi vieläkin tiheämmäksi!), etelään muuttavia joutsenia tauolla sänkipellolla ja ruskan alkua metsässä tien varella.
Klipsin lopussa näkyvällä soratiellä ajettiin aikoinaan Jyväskylän Suurajojen (Suomen Ralli, Neste Oil Rally Finland tai Neste Oil Ralli)) erikoiskoetta.
Musiikki tulee autostereoista, Regina Spektor ja Joni Mitchell.

I left early in the morning from Helsinki and headed north to a summer cottage. In the clip you can see some moments of early autumn in Finland: thick morning fog on low sections of the road (I had to stop shooting since the fog got even thicker!), a lock of swans resting on a field on their way to south, a lake and already some autumn colours in the trees.
Many years ago they used to drive Neste Rally (Rally of the Thousand Lakes or 1000 Lakes Rally) on that unpaved road shown in the end of the clip.
The music comes from car stereos, Regina Spektor and Joni Mitchell.
