Do you see the her name text on the tv screen in blue? Ray Rhodes did that on his Pioneer video mixers. if you watch all the videos where she played a TIGERHEAT club promotion and she performed for us three times.

Thanks for uploading. So if this is from Krave (Avalon Tiger Heat) in Las Vegas then the date must be 30th May 2008 and not August as listed when she performed at Rehab on 24th August 2008. The Hoolywood gigs mentioned by maisonempire were at Club Mood 31.05.08 and 01.06.08.

I was there working for TIGERHEAT Las Vegas at KRAVE with DJ Ray Rhodes in 2008. I witnessed her fall on stage and this video you she her fall 0:15 seconds into Just Dance!

She performed for TIGERHEAT in Hollywood two more times after this first show and she mentions the gig in her Lady Gaga - Transmission Gaga-vision: Episode 1
