@X976V3T -u act as if other politicians dont lie--how many dont? And remember---he inherited the Vietnam war. Bush Jr, by contrast, started a totally unnecessary that lacked logic. While Vietnam war may have been wrong and too expensive in retrospect, it at least made sense at time--drawing line in sand to contain Communism

There is no question that Nixon, except for the Watergate scandal and problems surrounding it, was an amazing president. He revolutionized caring for the environment (EPA) and ended the conflict in Vietnam, to name a few of his good acts as president. The watergate scandal just happens to be a personal problem of his that cost him his job and integrity. What I can credit him with though, is not bringing the whole country down with him, unlike Barack Obama. He has done absolutely nothing right.
