@traindude95 Haha ty dude but I went safe and got my reg shoe size and it's actually really good
-
@chewbacawaka not really- they need slipperlike fits, wiggle room..i would go to the store to check the sizing
-
WEAR SOCKS IN XC- i went barefoot ONCE because i had picked up the wrong socks that morning and my toes got torn up from small rocks/gravel. THANK GOD there was no mud that day!

@MrPerson711 hey :) I myself do a lot of running and I'm only 14.... But if I was running in a cross country race I would most definintely wear socks put if I was was running on an indoor track or in the track and fields I wouldn't wear any socks because it takes more weight off your feet... And helps you go just that bit faster but hat bit could win you the race! :) hope my advice helps :)

@runningwarehouse Wait so should I still size a 1/2 size down for the Nike Zoom Victories?
-
@bfreak04 i´m going to try that to. That´s pretty cool :D
-
How is the sizing for the Nike Zoom Matumbo? If I wear a size 8.5 in my trainers should I just go with an 8.5 in the Matumbo, or should I move down to a size 8?
-
@runningwarehouse Do they really? I never knew that!? Hmm maybe i should try that.
-
@runningwarehouse thanks :)
Do you suggest wearing socks with spikes on or not?

@MrPerson711: Wearing socks with your spikes is a personal preference. Many advanced athletes go without socks during competition to reduce slipping inside the shoe and to also help keep the weight down.
