  • I see you still haven't finished painting your wall. Slacker!

  • I ran out of paint. And I don't have a stepladder.

  • Is there police station near by your house? Many videos there is sirens sound in backround. Or Is police looking for you so you quickly say bye and run away. That is also good reason why your eyes move like that. Make it simple: Sirens+Police+eyes+run Elise run!= not so many videos now days. :) (And now something about sun: wear sunscreen.) :)

  • There are two police stations just on my road - which, when you consider Camden Town(site of much pickpocketing, drug selling, stabbings and several high profile serial killer cases in the last decade)has none, gives you some idea of what a rough and violent area Peckham is!

  • Duh!

    I forgot about that!!

What is the sense of saying 'First!' now?

  • Ready for a conundrum?

Sunblock does not block the UV radiation responsible for cancer-producing damage to epithelial cells. It's good for keeping you from getting sunburned, no more.

Worse, most sun block contains carcinogens.

But avoiding sunlight isn't much of an option. Sun exposure is where you get most of your Vitamin D. If you are Vitamin D deficient, your health will deteriorate.

You can't win, the game is rigged.

  • I mean stress will kill you LOL

  • Sress will kill you.

  • You should not worry about those things. People look as old as they feel old, and with your personality (lively) I am confident that wherever you go, you'll be the sun in the house for quite some time (dutch expression). But if this sounds too corny, let me know ok ?

  • Ah, life is never so simple as that.

10-15 minutes works only if you expose enough skin to the sun. More often than not we are covered nearly from head to foot against the weather or against public sensibilities.

It's an open question just how much protection against cancer a "quality" sunblock containing carcinogens will provide. Science is at best sketchy on that point. Permit me my skepticism. :-)

  • You only need 10-15 minutes of sun a day for your full daily dose of vitamin D, and it has many other sources. So avoiding sunlight is a good option in my option. Besides, most good quality sunscreen does block UVA radiation as well as UVB. ALL radiation can cause or increase your risk of cancer. The game isn't rigged, its just some people are too ignorant to realise that the sun is bad for you!

  • Maybe you should ask your cousin, Michael Jackson (it is alleged) how to sing? Just a thought.

  • its sunny in newcastle today :D
