  • The blue alert sound here is also the Intruder Alert alarm used in the Voyager Episode Prey.

  • @Pengiufiu Its also the Intruder Alert Sound in the Voyager Episode Prey when Janeway initiates Intruder Alert.

  • Fascinating Captain ... Fascinating ...

  • Red alert?

Are you sure? It does mean changing the light bulb. ;)

  • Actually the headline should be "Star Trek: Voyager" Alerts. For example in The Next Generation, the original Trek movies and the Original Series from the 60's Alert condition red would have a slightly less than 2 seconds short, rising siren wail, with an abrupt attack and cut off. This sound was repeated about every three seconds.

This probably is the most famous and typical Star Trek Alert sound! Oh, and they used it in the 2009 movie, too.

  • You forgot Amber Alert, when Kirk's "neice" visits the ship.

  • You didn't put in the Grey Alert, or the Self-Destruct Alert.

  • TOS red alert beats them all.

  • IIRC, the blue can also be for a life support failure. In the VOY era, it is for landing procedures.

Yellow is shields up, weapons to hot standby. (Charge but do not arm), and "General Quarters"

Red is shields, weapons, and "Battle stations"

  • you simply cannot beat the original red alert sound 'meeeeeuuuuurp ..meeeeeuuuuurp....meeeeeuuuuurp
