nitrous oxide doesnt burn brain cells. in fact its one of the safest drugs out there. other inhalents are dangerous but not nitrous. it takes 4-6 minutes without oxygen to lose brain cells due to oxygen deprivation and the nitrous high doesnt deprive your brain of oxygen nearly that long.
