M1A Socom 2

Quick look at a recent purchase. The Springfield Armory M1A Socom II is a great rifle. Took it to the range over the weekend and it was a pure pleasure to shoot. No jams or malfunction of any sort. The weapon design has simply lasted for many years and has proven to still be a performer in current theaters of combat.

Is it it worth the price to you? Also does it shoot well. I really want one but im wary to drop 1500 bucks on one.

@gunmanchris1 To me yes. Its a robust and reliable rifle that can serve many roles.

@frezdead1 Average price in my area is $1800 and up for new ones. Even the used ones are holding their prices pretty well. Prices vary so much depending on what region you live in I guess.

That is a very very nice rifle, have seen 1 here in Holland in a gun shop and it was for sale for the price was about 4000 us dollar.
