Your comment is really old, so I'm sorry if this reply is out of the blue.
It's actually inevitable, but you can reduce it by trying to do somersaults only, without touching the wall. Take a deep breath and then let everything out, eventually try saving some breath when you stop getting water in your nose.
Lift your hip up, and tuck your chin in at once. Most people forget to tuck their chin and I even managed to do a lot of somersaults without tucking, but it definitely helps.
Good luck.

Work on the kick first then the arms. u should be able to move easily by the kick only first, then integrate the arms.
Exhale ALL the air when your face down the water, this releases the toxic air inside ur lung and help u inhales fully and easily
Rotate the head to Inhale when your arm reach out each stroke. Reach out completely with arm AND shoulder.
Always keep ur head down horizontal. Half ur goggle should be below the water.,the head separate the water and give u space to breath in.

everytime i breathe, i slow down :(

whenever ur head is in the water u need to blow air out ... blow the same amount of air u took while breathing...breath on every 2nd stroke, when ur suppose to take a breath dont get ur head out of the water TOO MUCH...that slows u down. ur head is suppose to lay down on water..rotate it to the left or right. hope this helps
