When developing learning content, it is important to take different cultures into consideration. While a Swedish business may want a simple fact-based approach, a Grecian business might want a more detailed approach. Dr. Frank worked with Volkswagen dealers from each country to determine the most effective approach.

First thing he did was delivered an English translation to each country, but acceptance was very low. The learning content was then design for each country in their native language, but it was produced in Wolfsburg Germany. The latter strategy proved to be more effective -- in order for people to learn, they must be able to relate to the content.
