This is a "Dance Dance Revolution" dance pad. This is however not the official version made by Konami, this is a third party release that only was released in Asia. It is of course for use on the Sega Dreamcast.

I have the official version made by Konami & it looks the same as yours and its for sure the real deal the only thing I can see that mine may have that yours doesnt is a dreamcast logo on the lower right side bottom and the Select is replaced with the Konami logo. I dont know why Konami didnt give the Dreamcast mat a style of its own. Great video Adam!
