  • Don't you love pathetic muscle car lovers trying whatever lame method they can to try and claim their cars are faster than Europeans.

  • @155MikeB Your talking about the cylinder sleeves and yes, I know. I was just trying to make a point to the guy that there is no need for a full engine block to be built completely out of cast iron anymore when with the help of the cast iron sleeves, we can utilize aluminium to its fullest to build light weight yet strong motors unlike what was being used in the past.

  • @RobbyRaiAshtray1122 You are right that Aluminium is used to construct the block of a modern engine which seem entirely reliable/no problems. However, most modern AL blocks are engineered with cast Iron/steel cylinder liners which are pressed or cast into the bores of the block. It's because of this the engine can withstand the pressure and temperature created at the moment of ignition without melting the block. This has to be done because AL has a MUCH lower melting point than Iron.

  • @RobbyRaiAshtray1122 i didnt say cast iron clown and top fueled dragsters dont have have 8500 or 10000 hp. its 8000 and now they are even detuned to where there like 7500 hp it sucks i know but they still hall major ass

  • @MrStreck Cast iron? Who uses cast iron anymore? Most if not all modern motors are built out of some sort of aluminium from cast, forged, to billet and have maintained 1,000 to 2,000 hp outputs in many street vehicles. I've even been around Ford GT's (and many other vehicles) producing 1,000 to 1,500 hp and using it normally. Aluminium block motors have achieved such reliability that they're even used in top fuel dragster's that produce 8,500 to 10,000 hp. So 750 hp would not be a bother at all.

  • @ciuba27 it would beat it stock sir

  • @gnthndrw It would be a good race if both were stock...well....if the ford gt was..lol

  • @09erf8330 the one its Racing

  • @gnthndrw lmao...it does depend on which Mclaren..lol
