This is a slideshow/video of the still shots I took on Reception Day at West Point New York on 30 June 2008. If you have any loved ones in the Class of 2012 then maybe you will see one of them in the pictures in the video. I hope whomever sees this video enjoys it and knows that I am very Proud of not only my own son but all the young men and women that are a part of this wonderful academy.

Parents, you have every reason to be proud of your kids, and trust me, when you see what they grow into at the end of the process you will be even prouder. These people make me proud to be an American.

The cool thing about American is that the people ARE the goverment. So when you say "It's the goverments fault"....... well, the goverment is who everyone voted for.
The sad thing is, ignorant anti-americans fuel their hatred without justification. If you really feel the need to display your political emotions, do it elsewhere. Also, why would you be searching for a USMA video if you clearly oppose of militarism?

So I posted this video so parents like myself could view pics of their kids on reception day not to banter about military participation opinions. Being a vet myself, I find it appalling that anyone would discredit any service serving person, yet sadly, it is their opinion and they prob never served their country in the first place, ignorance is bliss in that regard. So do not turn this rinky home movie in a political forum to bash other peoples choices and lives.
