id knock your head off at a show

  • get the right band and VA can throw down!

  • Hardcore has always been violent. Back in the early days people used to fight each other for no reason at all. Henry Rollins used to pull people out of the crowd and just beat the shit out of them. All you kids talking about how modern hardcore is full of tough guys where never at a show back in the day.

  • punk rock? ....Anyone? :'(

  • Nah, a crew is just an excuse for people to be dicks to other people who just want to enjoy a show. There's a difference between going to shows with "just a group of friends" and with a bunch of acquaintances that like similar music and like to start shit in a group. It's too bad, because it used to be about the music. Whether you dressed in the latest fad or didn't follow trends, liked to dance or liked to mosh, it didn't matter.
