Why does the title say trangia? This is nothing like a trangia stove.

I use a isopropryl alcohol BUT it is in a fuel dehydrater / anti-freeze it works great and it burns as hot and clean as can be But it can burn to hot my first penny stove the high-heat non flammable silicone melted and it exploded but now i have a welded steel penny stove by the way its 99.9% alc 200proof

You shouldn't use isopropryl (rubbing) alcohol, especially if it's only 70%. The extra water in there will drop the heat output significantly. Plus isopropryl already burns less hot than ethanol or methanol. Most of all it burns sooty which rub off your stove and pot onto other stuff in your bag, ruining them.
Use denatured alcohol, which is also known as methylated spirits or Heet. If you cannot find it use methanol, also known as methyl hydrate. It will also also burn clean and hot.
