Technically just about anything will mess with your point of impact, just depends on how far out you're shooting. At closer ranges you really wont see differences...but in long range you start seeing harmonics and twist rates playing bigger factors. Temperatures, (obviously) wind, thickness/quality of the barrel, type of rifling and how it sits. Even the rotation of the Earth comes into play far enough.
